House progress

Scott Michael went to do the walk through on our house with the project superintendent last week which means they are ready to close up the walls! It is moving right along and may be done as early as the end of September now. They have started putting the brick on the outside and I'm hoping to see it all done this weekend. It is so exciting to see the progress they've made and to see it starting to come together. Now we just have to hope that everything we picked out for the inside the day before Jude was born actually goes together!

4th of July

So I'm a little behind on blogging..... For the fourth of July, we all went to Monroe for Jude to take his first river ride. I have SO missed the boat and riding on the water and it seems as if Jude may take after his momma. He did not complain a single time about his life jacket and seemed to be perfectly content riding along. On Saturday, after riding on the boat, we went over to see Peppy and Nali and met the Teekells. Then we went to watch Nolan play baseball on his all star team. Jude had such a good time all day and especially loved watching the big boys play baseball. He loved it so much that he fell asleep :). Naw came over on Sunday to see Jude and they had such a good time telling each other stories. He also got to meet his Uncle Scott for the first time. He gave him some good sugar and snuggle time.

What's so funny, guys?

My life jacket is so big I can't sit down!

This is fun, mommy
